Information Systems Project Manager A leading defense company located in the Shfela region is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager with proven experience in systems analysis to lead complex, end-to-end projects—from initial concept through full implementation.What you’ll do:Lead information systems projects from initiation to deployment.Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.Write requirement and specification documents.Collaborate closely with development teams and oversee the implementation lifecycle.Conduct UAT and ensure successful rollout.Train users and provide ongoing system support.Manage versions, changes, and continuous improvements.Work independently in a multi-project environment while maintaining a broad, system-wide perspective.What we’re looking for:B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management with a specialization in Information Systems.At least 5 years of experience in project management and systems analysis in a multi-project environment.Strong ability to write clear and structured specification documents.Hands-on experience with development lifecycle support, UAT, and system implementation.Familiarity with complex organizational and technological processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse interfaces.Managerial potential with a proactive, independent, and responsible approach.
