Our mission is to foster an innovation and education ecosystem, empowering healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.As an IT Administrator, you will:Provide prompt and efficient IT support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, addressing a wide range of technical issues.Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team as needed.Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to identify and resolve incidents and system-wide problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Manage onboarding and offboarding activities for new team members, including setting up user accounts, access privileges, and IT equipment.Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on day-to-day digital security, software usage, applications, and IT systems.Maintain IT inventory, manage equipment lifecycle, and optimize purchases and budget.Monitor and maintain the company’s IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.Document and maintain IT knowledge base, including processes and user guides.Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements for IT and digital work.Prepare periodic reports on infrastructure performance and actions.Requirements for the role:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT position and 1 year in an administrative role.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Knowledge of and practical experience with the ITIL framework.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Relevant certifications or qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in the responsibilities outlined above.The Offer:Work within a unique, innovative healthcare ecosystem at a multi-country European level, upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics.Opportunity to operate in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.A structured and sustainable career development plan.Access to professional education programs and talent development initiatives.Be part of a collaborative team of professionals across five countries.Competitive compensation and benefits package.At Sofmedica, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
