We are continuously expanding our services to support clients in achieving sustainable growth through innovation, data-driven strategies, and strong industry partnerships.About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions across LinkIT’s growing portfolio of digital and enterprise projects. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams — including product owners, developers, QA, and business users — to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and ensure successful system implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRD, FSD, process flow diagrams).Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide insights for system improvements and optimization.Ensure all documentation and workflows adhere to SDLC and Agile methodology standards.Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process enhancement and digital transformation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.Experience in PPOB, payment systems, or digital transaction platforms is highly preferred.Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, etc.).Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English (spoken & written) — this is a must.Knowledge of SQL or API integration is a plus.
