The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of systems, devices, and network infrastructure.Minimum RequirementsStrong customer support skills with a service-oriented mindsetExcellent communication abilities — clear, polite, and timelyStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issuesUnderstanding of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VoIP) and experience troubleshooting network issuesBasic understanding of Windows Active Directory and LDAPBasic understanding of Linux/Unix systems conceptsAdvanced knowledge of macOSAdvanced knowledge of WindowsExperience working with Google Workspace (G Suite)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to users, assisting with system and software configurationInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot laptops running macOS (14.x, 15.x, 16.x) and Windows 11Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Slack, and other authorized desktop applicationsInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and AV conference equipment (projectors, Apple TV, cameras, etc.)Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and AV equipmentMaintain and manage IT asset inventory and support equipment procurementManage user access and permissionsProvide timely communication on issue status and resolutionMaintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents
