JOB TITLE: IT Support Executive - WarehouseJOB LOCATION:Northern Bypass KarachiWHAT YOU WILL DO:As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include system setup, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring IT compliance.Provide support for Installation and configuration/ troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, Wireless, IP Phones, printers, scanners, UPS and IP Cameras.To help users in solving their computer related problemsPerform installation and upgrades on all PCs/NotebooksEndpoint Support and ensure that antivirus software runs perfectly on all systems.Tier 1 local Application support.To make sure any illegal software should not be installed in the companyAccomplish all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Manager IT Support.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks linksResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsProviding technical support across the company (this may be in person and over the phone as well)Setting up AD accounts for new usersRepairing and replacing equipment as necessaryStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues in timely mannerMaintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels like web, email, and phoneRespond to customer’s calls, emails and act accordingly regarding issuesQualification and requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT or EquivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in IT SupportGood interpersonal and communication skills.Duty hours would be 12 hours on-site. (Monday to Friday).Experience/ certification in Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft Products
