Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk located in Al-Karkh. The IT Help Desk professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining network administration, ensuring network security, and assisting users with their technical needs. The role also requires prompt and effective customer service to resolve IT-related problems.
