Industry: BPOJob SummaryOur client, a leading BPO company, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Supervisor to manage and support core IT systems including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. The role ensures high system availability, performance, and compliance across all business operations.Main Responsibilities:Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, storage, virtualization, backup).Ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.Lead infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, security hardening).Maintain IT documentation and support DR/BCP readiness.Supervise and mentor IT support staff.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.Main Requirements:3-5 years experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and storage.Experience with monitoring tools, backup systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).Certifications preferred: CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, Network+, ISC2.Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.English level: CEFR B2 (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
