Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including3. o Servers and Windows Server OS 4. Oracle database experience 5. Proficiency in tools such as 6. o GitHub, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SQL Developer 7. Nice-to-Have 8. Basic knowledge of network, firewall, and Active Directory group saccess management principles 9. Experience with Oracle SQL queries, including the ability to write SQL queries during evaluation 10. Familiarity with a typical 3-tier application layout, architecture, and common dependencies 11. Average understanding of LIMS Basic, with capability to write subroutines during evaluation 12. Basic understanding of Labware module installation steps and prerequisites Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and productsystem testing. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Tracking project processes, deliverables Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders Collecting feedback and asking the right questions to resolve technical issues Providing clear technical context to business stakeholders Strong documentation skills Preparing user-friendly documentation for new infrastructure and application rollouts Including key elements and crucial factors in technical documentation Excellent coordination and information flow with supporting groups o Planning and managing tasks induced by other tech teams Capturing dependencies, expressing them clearly, and ensuring all parties are informed Fluent problem-solving capabilities Solid understanding of processes and best practices in o Incident, Change, Risk, and GxP
