We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to join our IT team and provide hands-on technical support across the organization. With over 500,000 users across 160+ countries and offices in Amsterdam, New York, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, and Mexico City, DataSnipper is shaking things up - and we’re not stopping there!What You Will DoProvide first-line support to employees via Freshservice (ticketing system) for hardware, software, and access issues.Assist in managing user accounts and groups in Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365.Support and troubleshoot Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other SaaS collaboration tools.Help onboard and offboard employees (device setup, account provisioning, license assignment).Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting for our Amsterdam and New York offices.Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records.Collaborate with the IT team on projects to improve automation, security, and support workflows.Learn and contribute to IT process improvement initiatives.What You BringYou are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common productivity tools.Interest in cloud and SaaS technologies (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Slack, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.Good communication skills and customer service mindset.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Nice To HaveFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, Jira Service Management, Service Now, etc...).Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).Exposure to identity and access management (IAM) concepts.Experience using scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.What You'll Gain Out Of This InternshipHands-on experience in a global SaaS environment.Exposure to enterprise IT management and modern cloud tools.Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.Opportunity to grow into a full-time IT SupportWhat We OfferInternship duration: 5-6 months.Hybrid working model (3-4 days onsite at our Amsterdam HQ).
