We accomplish our mission by recruiting and developing talent for the entire corporation, providing high-quality services to support the department’s vision.The Internal Audit Department is seeking an IT Internal Auditor to join our team. As an IT Internal Auditor, you will assist in the execution of global, zone, and local IT and OT/technology, cybersecurity, and other technology related internal audits under the direction of the IT Internal Audit Manager and IT Audit Director.Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in identifying IT and Operational Technology (OT) risks and developing audit procedures to assess controls in placeAssist in conducting walkthroughs of IT and OT technology, processes and systemsAssist in executing IT&OT/technology reviews to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls and assess efficiency of operationsAssist in conducting integrated reviews to assess IT/technology systems supporting key business processesAssist in conducting reviews to evaluate IT applications and the adequacy/efficiency of accounting, financial, and operating procedures established for IT control purposesAssist in determining compliance with established Finance and/or IT policiesAssist in analyzing data to identify risk, anomalies, or potential security concerns in audit planning and fieldwork and provide insights to managementDocument IT audit workpapers and assist in the preparation of IT audit reports including management action plans, based on audit results, documentation, and client responses, in alignment with IA required quality standardsLeverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities in audit process for insights and efficiencyEffectively communicate IT &OT/technology audit observations via update meetings and closing conferences with management personnelCommunication:Communicate effectively verbally and in writing by adopting an appropriate communication style to individuals at all levels of the organizationArticulate understanding of IT/technology areas under review and demonstrate thorough test work and solid rationale for potential IT/technology audit issuesUpdate IT Audit Manager and Zone IT Audit Director as needed on audit progress and potential issues in a timely mannerLeadership:Develop an open and honest working relationship with those being audited and maintain a professional approach at all timesShare best practices, tools, and testing methodologies with other team members and contribute to departmental projectsQualifications & Skills:Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, technology operations, cybersecurity, engineering, or related fields1-3 years of professional experience in an IT/technology audit / Cybersecurity related role within a Big-4 accounting firm and/or large corporation's IT internal audit departmentGeneral knowledge of IT/technology risk/control frameworks (COSO, COBIT)Professional IT certification (CISA, CIA, CISM, etc.) or willingness to obtain within 2 years of joining the departmentFMCG/Manufacturing experience a plusSarbanes-Oxley experience a plusSAP knowledge a plusOperational Technology knowledge a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think and work analyticallyAbility to develop strong and lasting relationships with all levels of managementWillingness to travel (20-30%)Candidates must have a strong level of advanced / fluent English to be considered.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a global company and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProfessional development and growth opportunities within the Internal Audit department and the wider group.Collaborative and supportive team environment
