Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & InfrastructureOversee all IT systems including internal servers, email, web, internet, hardware, software, internal switchboard, and accounting networks.Ensure system stability, reliability, and data security across all platforms.Design and maintain the company’s technology architecture including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and related equipment.Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to prevent operational interruptions.Implement regular audits, security checks, and data backup systems.Strategic Planning & DevelopmentDevelop IT strategies aligned with business goals and long-term growth.Create and manage the IT operating budget, ensuring cost efficiency.Lead initiatives for system upgrades, digital transformation, and technology innovation.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.Team Leadership & Project ManagementLead, train, and develop IT team members to ensure high performance.Assign tasks effectively and monitor staff performance and development.Plan and manage IT-related projects including risk, cost, and time control.Build a positive, collaborative culture within the department.Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity.Communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical senior management in a clear and strategic manner.Stay updated with new technologies and propose innovations to improve network performance and reduce downtime.Compliance & SecurityEnsure compliance with internal and external IT regulations and data protection laws.Maintain control structures to protect company assets and information security.OtherPerform other duties as assigned by the management team.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar position (preferably in Hospitality, Casino, or E-gaming industry).Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, data security, and system administration.Proven experience in managing IT operations and project implementation.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to daily operations.Ability to stay updated with the latest technologies and implement relevant upgrades.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
