Network, printer, server etc. Execute the global IT policy into Vietnam Site. Ensure the IT security and compliance for Vietnam Site. Ensure the IT production environment is stable.Responsibilities(1) IT infrastructure managementResponsible for the configuration and maintenance of the company's network equipment, including but not limited to Sangfor or Fortigate firewalls, switches, and WLC.Manage the company's online behavior management platform, Virtual server platform, etc.Responsible for the daily maintenance, performance optimization and troubleshooting of the server. Make sure that the server's system is functioning properly.The IT services of the operation and maintenance company include Microsoft domain control AD, NAS, NFS file sharing, printing and other services.(2) IT support and servicesHelp clients with IT technical support, including desktop issues, software patches, system issues, etc.Assist users to install operating systems, software, drivers and other desktop servicesContact users by phone, Teams, etc. to solve various IT-related problems, escalate and track problems that cannot be solved(3) Terminal and network maintenanceResponsible for terminal security control and PC terminal software and hardware maintenance.Technical support for daily inspection of each IT room.RequirementsUniversity degree or above, major in Computer Science;More than 5 years of working experience in network computer maintenance and other related positions.Knowledge of network, computer, server, etc.;Understand IT infrastructure systems, be familiar with operating computers, and be familiar with the installation and operation of Windows, Apple and printers;Able to solve daily network problems and computer failures independently;Have good communication and coordination skills, observation skills, execution skills, strong sense of responsibility, loyalty and trustworthiness.Strong command of English (written and spoken) and conversational proficiency in Chinese are required to facilitate communication with Chinese stakeholdersWorking locationNanofilm Vietnam Co., Ltd.Lot CN10, Tan Truong Industrial Zone, Tan Truong Commune, Cam Giang District, Haiduong Province, Vietnam
