Information Technology Manager

Job Description – IT Manager 1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. IT Operations & InfrastructureOversee end-to-end hardware and software procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure maximum system uptime with zero disruption to business continuity.Maintain and optimize network, server, cloud, and cybersecurity infrastructures.Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry and SCA standards.B. Project Management & InnovationLead development, integration, and enhancement of new tools, automation solutions, and platform upgrades.Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to forex markets, AI-driven analytics, and digital client services.Drive cross-department technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client experience.Plan and manage end-to-end execution of IT transformation projects.2. Working Days & HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMFlexibility required based on market activity, system issues, or business needs3. Education, Licensure & TrainingBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Preferred professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, Azure/AWS.4. Professional Experience8–12 years of progressive IT experience, including managerial or leadership roles in FX brokerage or financial services.Mandatory hands-on experience with:MetaTrader 5 (MT5)Bridge / liquidity systems5. Specialized KnowledgeStrong understanding of financial markets, FX/CFD brokerage systems, and trading platforms:MT5, MT4, Centroid Bridge, FIX APISolid knowledge of brokerage infrastructure, liquidity management processes, and SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority) regulatory requirements.6. Required SkillsExcellent leadership, vendor negotiation, and crisis management capabilities.Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills.Thorough understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.Ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver solutions efficiently.
