We quickly adapt to innovations and changes.What Do We Offer:📌 Opportunity to work in hybrid model💻Opportunity to work in Koç Group Community Companies' offices🌴Chance to discover the natural wonders and amenities offered at Koç Toplululuğu Spor Kulübü (KTSK)🚀Career development opportunities in a structured technology career path💫 Opportunity to benefit from BizClub and KoçAilem privileges exclusive to Yapı Kredi Technology employees🤝Company-contributed individual retirement insurance🎂 Birthday off dayJob Description:Provide support for requests and incident records received through the Solution Center system within the defined SLAs, covering areas such as operating systems, databases, third-party applications, and scheduled jobs.Prepare and implement problem-solving procedures for request and incident records.Troubleshoot and resolve operating system–level and software-related issues on servers (Level 1 and Level 2 support).Manage the installation of new operating systems and software across all server environments (Unix, Windows, etc.) and perform system updates.Handle database errors reflected in monitoring systems according to established procedures, and carry out replication, archiving, and reporting activities.Contribute to the development and maintenance of infrastructure monitoring and reporting applications created with in-house resources.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university program.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows Server or Unix/Linux operating systems.Intermediate to advanced experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of virtual and physical servers.Basic experience in database management (Oracle, SQL Server).Basic knowledge of job scheduling and planning using UC4 (Automic) or similar tools.Basic skills in scripting and at least one of the following programming environments: Java, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, HTML, or C#.Passion for learning new technologies and adapting them to business needs.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills and openness to innovation.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.Proficiency in English sufficient to understand and apply technical documentation.Candidate Selection Process:Our recruitment process for all positions typically encompasses technical interviews, director assessments, competency evaluations, and personality tests.
