Join a dynamic IT Business Engagement team where your leadership will drive successful delivery of initiatives across an international company.Key Responsibilities:Lead small to medium IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and business units.Ability to work across teams, locations and countries.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with internal governance and quality standards.Communicate project status through reports and stakeholder meetings.Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Proficiency with project management tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with service management practices, software development, and infrastructure projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Degree in IT or related field.Additional Info:Role sits within the IT PMO, contributing to project portfolio and demand management.Compliance with life science/pharma governance standards is essential.
