With headquarters in London, UK, and regional offices in six strategically located cities around the world, ICA Events facilitates the participation of international companies in over 60 premier exhibitions and conferences in the region.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate CRM-related projects (Bitrix CRM and 1C), including implementation, customization, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business units. This role combines elements of project management, system optimisation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless integration of CRM tools into the company’s operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning business requirements with IT solutions, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for CRM and related IT initiatives, from planning and scope definition to delivery and post-implementation review.Manage the implementation and enhancement of Bitrix CRM and 1C systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements.Coordinate collaboration between departments - sales, marketing, operations, IT.Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain progress and quality.Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting notes, and user manuals.Ensure transparency and effective communication for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and status.Optimize CRM processes, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to improving customer and internal user experience.Support training and onboarding of users, ensuring high adoption rates and continuous improvement of CRM usage.RequirementsProven experience in project management, preferably in IT, CRM implementation, or digital transformation projects.Hands-on experience with Bitrix CRM and 1C systems (configuration, customisation, user support, and reporting).Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project — experience with any of these platforms is sufficient.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) - preference for Agile approach.Excellent organisational, time management, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.Desirable SkillsCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent).Experience in managing international or multi-country projects within a corporate or global organisation.Knowledge of CRM and ERP (1C) process optimisation, integration with third-party systems, and workflow automation.Advanced English (C1 or above) - required for documentation, reporting, and coordination with global teams.Position location: Almaty, Kazakhstan. This is a full-time on-site role.
