Senior Environment Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Environment Support Engineer to manage and optimize Atlassian Cloud and Jira Service Management environments.You will focus on setting up automation, developing ITSM workflows, and providing continuous support to improve operational efficiency. This role involves scripting and configuration tasks to enhance Jira processes using tools like Terraform and Python. You will be responsible for documenting processes and supporting users to ensure effective use of Atlassian Cloud features.
