Required 10 Years Experience managing migration project budgets and schedules. Required 5 Years Azure services: Familiarity with a wide range of Azure services, including Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Database Migration Service Required 5 Years Cloud concepts: A strong understanding of cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid cloud environments. Required 5 Years DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. Required 5 Years Automation: Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Desired 5 Years PMP and Agile/Scrum Required 5 Years Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts for all levels of the business Required 10 Years Leadership: The ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
