If you're someone who thrives on matching great candidates with the right roles, and you enjoy the fast-paced world of tech recruitment, we want to hear from you!Role and responsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders to understand and clarify job requirements for various IT roles.Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across job boards and platforms.Review, screen, and assess applications to identify strong potential candidates.Coordinate and conduct screening interviews, and manage shortlisting for internal stakeholders.Maintain and continuously build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Track and report on recruitment metrics and activities to ensure process visibility and improvement.Requirements3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in talent acquisition or agency environments.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in IT/tech hiring is highly preferred.
