Job Summary The IT Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology-related positions. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment teams, and building a strong talent pipeline to meet the organization's IT workforce needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor the IT recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates.Develop and implement effective IT talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.Partner with IT and business leaders to understand workforce needs and technical requirements.Source and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc.).Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and technology communities.Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and propose improvements.Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends, roles, and market salary benchmarks.Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice for IT professionals.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, and IT Infrastructure roles.Strong understanding of IT stacks, programming languages, and technology trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities.
