Job Description:Required Skills:Good written and verbal communication in EnglishGood Basic Knowledge on Information Security and/or ISO 27001 StandardCustomer Centric ApproachBasic Business EtiquetteUnderstanding of Management process (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.) First level support for InfoSec request and approvalsMinimum of 12 months of ExperienceCompTIA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.KPI/DeliverablesMonitor Email and create the corresponding Tool request and assign to corresponding Functional TeamMonitor the Tool for request and assign to corresponding Functional TeamProvide response to Tool or Email queries.
