Our Dublin based client are looking to hire an ITSM Analyst to join their teamThis role will be on a contract daily rate basis for an initial 12 month contract with views to extend beyond thatThey have an important project to complete and are looking to hire a capable and professional individual to help them with the projectKey items for this position are familiarity with ITL Frameworks and a background in technical support or service desk support, application configuration / application support Must have experience in ITSM implementation / configurationsKey criteria : Familiarity with ITSM toolsUnderstanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
