The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, ensuring proper implementation of IT solutions, performing system troubleshooting, enhancing network security, and addressing technical issues. The role also involves providing technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams to resolve IT-related inquiries effectively.QualificationsProficiency in Network Administration and network infrastructure managementStrong skills in Information Technology and IT systems implementationExperience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficientlyKnowledge of Network Security protocols and practicesExcellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearlyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredCertifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are advantageousPrevious experience in a similar role is beneficial
