Our team works closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare entities to drive digital transformation, enhance patient outcomes, and support the future of healthcare in the region.About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Specialist to support and manage our IT asset environment, service desk operations, and vendor coordination. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting various teams to ensure smooth and timely IT operations.Key Responsibilities• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including tagging, electronic records, and tracking movements.• Ensure asset records comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.• Support internal and external audit requirements, including reconciliation of IT asset records.• Monitor asset performance and support planning for acquisitions, upgrades, transfers, and disposals.• Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and end users to ensure smooth coordination of asset-related needs.• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, negotiate when required, and resolve supplier-related issues.• Oversee movement of goods, including logistics and warehousing where required.• Conduct regular process checks to ensure compliance in asset and supply chain workflows.• Provide service desk support to end users and follow up with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved within SLA.• Identify improvement opportunities in IT support and asset processes and assist in implementing solutions.Academic and Experience Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience is required.• Strong client-facing communication skills.• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.Why Work With Us• Opportunity to contribute to healthcare innovation at a national scale.• Collaborative work culture focused on learning and professional development.• Exposure to large enterprise technology environments and continuous growth opportunities.Diversity and InclusionPureCS is an equal opportunity employer.
