About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced HR & OD Manager to build and lead the HR function from scratch. This is a strategic role with direct impact on company structure, policies, and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop hiring strategy aligned with business growthWrite clear Job Descriptions and define target profilesSource, screen, and interview candidatesOversee onboarding for new hires2. HR Operations & Employee LifecycleManage employee records, contracts, payroll, and benefitsOversee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluationsDesign and implement HR policies and procedures3. Organizational Structure & Strategic HRDesign and maintain company org chartDefine roles, responsibilities, and career pathsProvide regular reports to senior management on HR KPIs4. Training & DevelopmentDesign onboarding programs for new employeesImplement learning and development plans for current staffMeasure effectiveness of training and track improvements5. Reporting & CoordinationEnsure clear reporting lines between department managers and team membersPrepare weekly/monthly HR reports for managementCoordinate HR activities across departments6.
