The role focuses on recovery strategy, team management, and compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Standards (CPS).Key Responsibilities:Supervise and drive collections across buckets and recovery stagesOversee soft/hard collections, skip tracing, settlements, and payment arrangementsEnsure CPS compliance and optimize call management systemsRequirements:7–8 years’ in-house collections experience (not from agencies)Strong knowledge of bucket management and recovery operationsExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
