Project Manager - Luxury Villas

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong 8+ years of villa experience in the industry.Job Title: Project Manager (8+ years of villa experience is must)Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 22,000 to 26,000 + Standard Benefits as per the LawRequirementsExperience: Minimum 8 years of project management experience in villa construction projects.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Skills:Strong leadership and team management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Solid knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within budget and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of villa construction projects, from concept to handover.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor execution progress.Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality standards.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities to align project objectives.Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Prepare project reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders.Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
