Information Technology Support Engineer

This role is responsible for internal IT support and infrastructure operations, covering both end-user support and basic server/network administration for the corporate office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line IT support to office-based and remote employeesHandle service requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessarySupport users via phone, email, chat, and onsite assistanceManage user accounts, software installation, device configuration, and IT asset inventoryMaintain support documentation and update knowledge base articlesSupport desktops, printers, IP phones, network ports, and meeting room IT setupAssist with Windows Server and basic Linux Server administrationSupport core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKIAssist in PowerShell scripting, backup monitoring, VMware administration, and basic SQL environment supportInstall, configure, maintain, and monitor network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, and VPNsWork with vendors and support infrastructure-related projects as neededTravel to other corporate offices when required
