About the Role: As Training Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role to land flawless training deliveries for Enterprise Skills Initiative customers. The Training Program Coordinator role focuses on end-to-end operations for customer training deliveries, relationship management and operational excellence to enable friction-free stakeholder and customer experiences and program success. In this role you will partner with the team, field, and customers to enable Customer Azure Technical Skills. This is an amazing opportunity to combine your passion for learning, operations, and customer service.The Impact You’ll Be Making: Fully integrated in Customer relations and attending all Customer calls. Immersed in all aspects of account management (from presenting the program benefits to sending the offer to the customer, for the signature). Onboarding customers on the ESI offer. Building reports from scratch to address customers/Account team needs. Onboarding customers by doing demo on tools. Acting as the main point of contact for tool issues raised by most of the learners/customer POCs. Building Excel and Power BI reports from scratch customized on Customer needs and sending them directly to the customers. Sending weekly/biweekly/monthly newsletters to customers. Handling Discounted Class Seats. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.High energy and a “can do” attitude. Ability to motivate self and others.Proficiency in English & Japanese.
