A global professional services firm is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join its Shanghai office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to develop their career in IT support.Key Responsibilities: • Provide helpdesk support to technical and non-technical staff in Windows/Mac environments • Manage desktop systems, applications, and user setups • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues • Support printers, audio/video devices, and mobile devices • Provide remote IT assistance to international users • Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and knowledge base • Research and explore new technologiesPreferred Experience & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or above• Prior IT support experience (internships, volunteering, or 2–3+ years in a corporate environment) • Knowledge of Windows OS (Mac/Linux a plus), networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory), and IT security basics • Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine) • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to support colleagues at all levels • Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international settingThis is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of IT functions while growing within a dynamic global environment.
