Company: Legal SoftLocation: 21731 Ventura Blvd #100, Woodland hills CA 91364Pay Range: $28/hour (40 hrs a week) plus health benefits & 401K when eligibility is met.Employment Type: Full timeWe’re seeking a skilled Level 1 or 2 IT Administrator to work with our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves managing cloud services, providing IT support, enhancing IT systems, and maintaining documentation. You’ll be pivotal in supporting our dynamic team by ensuring they have the reliable technology and assistance needed for their roles. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT processes and the effective management of our IT resources.ResponsibilitiesWork globally across the company as the primary IT contactManage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services (Google, Atlassian, Microsoft)Recommend improvements for the organization’s IT systemsImplement enhancements or modifications to IT tools and processesProvide IT support to offices and remote employeesOffer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network, and servicesManage employee onboarding/offboarding IT processesMaintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT suppliesProvide training and orientation on new and modified systemsCreate and maintain IT documentationAnalyze and recommend optimizations for software-based processesEngage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing effortsSupport in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license managementRequirements and skillsDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline2-3 years of experience in IT support/administrationScripting experience (Python, bash) and understanding of APIsProficient with MacOS and WindowsExcellent English communication skillsExperience with cloud or in-house services/systems administrationDesired: AWS, Azure and Google Workspace in cloud tech, Jira administration, CRM systems, Mobile Device Management (MDM), basic network systems knowledgeExcellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a teamPlease Note: This is an in-office position. The expectation is that all work will be performed on-site at our Woodland Hills office.
