Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for 2 Onsite IT Support Engineers to support one of our enterprise customers at their site in Siemens, Borupvej 16, 7330 Brande, Denmark (near Billund).Project DurationEngineer 1: 8 December to 19 December 2025Engineer 2: Starting 5 January 2026 to 10 April 2026From 5 January 2026 onward, two engineers will be required onsite.Working Days: Monday to Friday (Standard business hours)ResponsibilitiesThe engineers will provide onsite user support with a primary focus on device migration activities. Tasks include, but are not limited to:Perform OS imaging and re-imaging of devices as part of the migration process, ensuring all configurations and core applications are properly installed.Handle physical movement, handover, and takeover of devices during the migration cycle.Enroll newly migrated devices into the company network and device management systems (e.g., MDM, Intune).Ensure devices are configured with correct profiles, security settings, and user accounts.Assist with user account management, access permissions, and credential setup during device handover.Maintain accurate documentation of device migrations, configurations, and encountered issues using provided tracking tools.Provide regular progress updates and issue reports to the IT team and project leadership.RequirementsMinimum understanding of the local language (Danish) for basic communication onsite.Strong experience in IT support, device imaging, and end-user support.Hands-on experience with MDM/Intune, OS deployment, and device configuration.Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a live production environment.Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
