Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote tech support on macOS, Windows, and related hardware/software.Troubleshoot common applications (Zoom, Slack, Chrome, Google Workspace).Support AV setups for meetings, events, and office technology.Conduct new hire IT onboarding sessions weekly.Manage laptop refreshes for offboarded staff and prepare for reissue.Perform basic administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta.Document technical processes and create user-friendly support guides.Triage, prioritize, and escalate complex requests when required.Act as local IT point of contact for employees, contractors, and vendors.Support hardware installation, desk moves, and related logistics. QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written).Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and MDM applications.Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Slack, and Zoom.Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills, including networking basics.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.Experience working in high-growth multinational tech environments is a plus.Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.Physically able to handle IT equipment setup and moves when required.
