Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Information Technology Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, delivering customer service, and conducting employee training on IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting users with technical challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software issuesExperience in providing Technical Support and maintaining IT systemsKnowledge of Information Technology principles and practicesStrong Customer Service skills for assisting and communicating with usersAbility to conduct user Training on IT systems and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferredRelevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
