Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ljubljana for an Information Technology Technician. The technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer service requests, maintaining IT equipment, offering training to staff on technology use, and collaborating with team members to improve IT processes.
