Role Description This is a full-time role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will conduct maintenance and repair work, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform field service visits to ensure the optimal functioning of heating and cooling systems. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service while addressing client concerns and ensuring high-quality service standards. Qualifications Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and routine system upkeepStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issuesField Service experience, including handling on-site technical supportExcellent Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiencesStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAvailability to travel for field assignments, if neededTechnical or vocational training in HVAC systems is a plusUnderstanding of geothermal energy systems and heat pumps is an advantage.
