Job Description

Ducati is looking for an Infrastructure & EHS Manager who will lead the overall direction and management for Global Ducati Infrastructures, EHS and facilities. The position holder strategically develops and is responsible for the strategies of the Group and of Ducati itself and its departments, in compliance with national, regional, municipal and Group laws and regulations on building construction, fire prevention, environment, safety and work and energy management. The Infrastructure & EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring, also through the organizational structure, full compliance with the laws and regulations on the environment, safety at work and urban planning. The Infrastructure & EHS Manager is also responsible for developing the infrastructural future plans considering an adequate budget in terms of human and monetary resources. Furthermore, the person in the role has the aim to pursue the energy efficiency of the site through efficient projects.Main Activities And ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with national and Group laws and regulations on construction, environment, safety and health at work;Ensure the full and complete functionality of building structures and general installations so as not to cause business interruptions;Carefully manage budgets by optimizing expenses, reducing management costs for the same performance;Support Ducati's Direction and departments for the development of areas and layouts functional to the development of their activities;Ensure the achievement of the Group's objectives in terms of environmental compliance and future goals;The role involves interaction between the EHS Manager and different stakeholders:Internal: all the Ducati Directions;External into the Group: Environmental dept., Safety & Health dept. and Fire Prevention dept. for Audi, Environmental dept. for VW;Municipality, Region, other public authority like Fire Brigade, Environmental Regional AgencyPrevious Experience And Technical RequirementsPrevious management experience between 5 and 8 years (depending on the size of the Site) in similar roles.Experience of at least 5 years in Environment, Health & Safety, and Infrastructure role.Highly recommended experience in manufacturing sites.Educational RequirementsPreferably a degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification;Fluency in English (minimum C1) and Italian (mother tongue);Health & Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in the country of operation (when required).Technical Competencies & Soft SkillsGood knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001;Deep knowledge of local legal requirements;Knowledge of elements of finance and economics indicator;Teamwork and leadership;Initiative and action driven;Analytical and problem solving skills;Analytic thinking, rigorous mindset;Ability to work under pressure.Ruolo: Facility management/Manutenzione/PulizieTipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato
