About SCCSCC – Specialist Computer Centres – is Europe’s largest privately-owned IT services provider, operating across 5 countries (UK, France, Spain, Romania, Vietnam) with over 2,500 enterprise clients.At SCC Vietnam, we partner directly with teams in the UK and France to deliver high-quality Infrastructure and Software solutions that power global enterprises.👉 Visit us: www.scc.com⸻About the RoleAs a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll join our Sunsight team, responsible for supporting and optimizing large-scale enterprise infrastructures across Data Centres and Cloud environments.You’ll work closely with international teams to ensure stability, scalability, and innovation across virtualized and hybrid infrastructures.⸻Key Responsibilities• Monitor and maintain servers, virtualization, and cloud environments to meet SLA commitments.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex multi-site incidents.• Implement authorized infrastructure changes and attend CABs when required.• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement.• Maintain and update technical documentation to professional standards.• Collaborate with cross-regional teams (UK, France, Romania, Vietnam).• Act as escalation point for major infrastructure incidents and support acceptance into service for new deployments.⸻What We’re Looking ForEssential: • 3–5 years’ experience supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure.Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following: • Azure / AWS • Microsoft server products (Windows 2003 to 2012 R2) • Microsoft AD (Active Directory) and integrated elements/technologies such as DNS, GPO, DHCP, AD DS and RBAC, DFS, DFSR, Azure, AWS technical support• Exchange / Office 365 administration• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex technical environments. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Nice to have:• End User Virtualization (Citrix XenApp, VMware Horizon, Netscaler, etc.)• Experience with Virtualization (vCenter, vSphere, ESXi, DRS, vMotion, SRM)• ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL processes• Scripting & automation familiarity (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)• Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, ServiceNow, Remedy)⸻Why You’ll Love Working Here• Competitive salary + Performance Bonus + 13th Month Salary• Premium healthcare (including dependents)• Paid Sick Leave by SCC• Annual health check• UK/French working culture• Company trip & Year-end party• Travel insurance and per diem allowance for onsite workLocation: Mapletree Business Center, District 7, HCMCType: Full-time | Onside
