With systems in over 12,000 hospitals and 800 million alerts processed annually, Ascom is shaping the future of patient care.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement IT-based healthcare solutions (Windows Server, virtualization, networks, firewalls, SQL).Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for deployed systems.Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and clinical consultants.Travel :30% across Switzerland and Germany; occasional overnight stays.Participate in on-call duty every 8 weeks (24h).Must-Haves:2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructureStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switchingWindows Server administration and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)Firewall configuration and basic SQL troubleshootingFluent German (daily work language); English for technical understandingValid driving licenseNice-to-Haves:Certifications like CCNA or MCNAExperience in healthcare IT or regulated environmentsHybrid
