We value quality, rigor, and excellence in our projects.High level Job Description:We are looking for a experienced IT Infrastructure Integrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the IT infrastructure that you will help design, including servers, virtualization, automation, and networking.You will work closely with various departments, including project managers and our clients, to ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards.Our clients are ANSPs (Air Navigation Service Providers) and will be your daily contacts. Our infrastructures enable thousands of aircraft and airplanes around the world to fly safely every day.Responsibilities:Contribute to the design and deployment of robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions tailored to the needs of civil aviation.Manage the automation of deployments and operations to optimize system performance and reliability.Ensure the maintenance and updating of server systems and networks to meet accessibility and security requirements, both on our factory platforms and at client sites.Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation in accordance with aviation regulations and standards.Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a good understanding of the technical and functional requirements of clients.Contribute to meetings with clients to ensure follow-up in partnership with the WPM (Work Package Manager).Propose evolutionary solutions and participate in the costing of solutions.Write site intervention reports to support a continuous improvement process and provide the required visibility to all project stakeholders.Extensive travel abroad mostly within Europe for projects implementations and support (up to 30%).Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in a civil aviation-related environment.Proven expertise in server management (Linux) and virtualization (KVM, Proxmox).In-depth knowledge of network protocols and architectures (Switching, Routing, VPN, firewalls, etc.).Skills in automation (Shell scripts, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).Strong sense of documentation and quality, in line with strict standards.Fluent in English, in verbal and written communication;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and collaborate with clients.Ability to analyze and solve problems independently while providing support and advice to team members.Your career at Thales:Future opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
