Infrastructure Project Manager – ServiceNow

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Infrastructure Project Manager – ServiceNow who will plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful execution of multiple infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage broad project scopes involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex informatics and infrastructure assignments.Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems development for major applications.Define project requirements, including data, business analysis, and programming needs.Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Lead and manage large-scale programs and multiple project teams to ensure successful execution.Set operational direction, working autonomously to align initiatives with strategic business goals.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, cost, and quality expectations.Oversee risk identification and mitigation, escalating critical issues to executive stakeholders as required.Coordinate with business units, technical staff, and service providers to ensure alignment and effective communication.Manage resource acquisition, deployment, and budget planning in collaboration with Project Managers.Drive continuous improvement by monitoring project performance and implementing lessons learned.Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, risk management, and issue resolution.Desired Skill Set:5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, overseeing end-to-end infrastructure initiatives.Strong infrastructure project experience, including network, systems, or service management platforms.Proven experience working with executive stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage complex deliverables and cross-functional teams.Nice to Have:PMP or Scrum Master certification.Experience with ServiceNow.Familiarity with Jira and agile project tracking tools.BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
