You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across our technology landscape.Role Purpose:Lead EFC’s IT infrastructure function, managing network operations, virtualization platforms, connectivity, and regulatory alignment to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure performance across all business sites.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee core IT infrastructure operations and network performanceAdminister and enhance Cisco Meraki environments (SD-WAN, routers, switches)Manage Palo Alto network security products and secure connectivity practicesLead Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and associated storage solutionsEnsure reliable connectivity and system availability for POS and operational platformsUse network monitoring and troubleshooting tools to maintain high service uptimeEnsure compliance with Saudi regulatory authorities including NCA and CITCLead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and network engineering teamsQualifications & Competencies:Minimum 6 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2 years supervising technical teamsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong experience with Cisco Meraki (SD-WAN, routers, switches) and Palo Alto security productsProficiency in Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and storage administrationExperience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or similar multi-site environments preferredKnowledge of cybersecurity practices and Saudi regulatory requirements (NCA, CITC)Highly desirable certifications: CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, MCSE, or equivalentStrong problem-solving, analytical, and team leadership skills
