Together, we are building a more sustainable future.This position is based in Witterswil, Solothurn (Basel Area), Switzerland, with excellent public transport access (Tram 10) and free on-site parking.What is the role?Development work in the field of water treatment process automation and instrumentationPlanning and building-up of test benches for performance tests of prototypes, system components and quality controlImplement strategies to implement PLC-software and electronic hardwareResponsible for signal acquisition and signal processing strategiesCommissioning of instrumentation at customer sites and evaluation of field data Analyse and communicate results through written reports/technical papers and oral presentationsDoes this sound like you?Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/AutomationFirst professional experience in industry environment preferred (3-5 years), especially in industrial instrumentation / Automation and signal processingExperience in electronics simulation and PLC-softwareFamiliarity with the use of test instruments and automationSelf-driven personality, innovative and creative with hands-on mentalityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to international travels, also over several weeksWorking languages: English, German and French are a plusYou are Swiss or EU citizen or have a C Swiss resident permit.
