This entity plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, digital transformation, governance, and operational excellence to ensure long-term competitiveness.Position: Innovation Project Manager (Arabic mandatory)Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesContract: 3 to 6 months, renewableKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement corporate innovation frameworks aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term vision.Identify and implement emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and innovative business models.Manage innovation projects, pilots, and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the implementation of new digital tools, automation systems, and decision-making frameworks.Define, track, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for innovation initiatives.Develop and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and strategic partnerships, ensuring measurable impact.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.GIMI Certification (Global Innovation Management Institute) is a big plus.4–6 years of progressive experience, including at least 2 years in a project management role.Strong background in developing and implementing innovation frameworks and strategies.Hands-on expertise in governance frameworks, corporate transformation, and business model innovation.Proven experience with the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) or a similar UAE excellence framework is a plus.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.If you are ready to take the next step in your career, please reach out to us at application@faithful-executive.com.Join us in shaping the future of talent in the Middle East! 🌍#Innovation #DubaiJobs #CorporateTransformation #BusinessExcellence #FaithfulExecutive #TalentMENA
