The role involves driving technology transfer processes, overseeing research and development (R&D) activities, and ensuring the successful transition of innovations into marketable products. The manager will also handle project management responsibilities, collaborate with teams, contribute to research efforts, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Profile & SkillsEducation: Engineer / Master’s / PhD in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Green Chemistry, or related fields.Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar position knowledge in industrial innovation, applied R&D, or technology transfer.Skills: Excellent analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to collaborate with international partners.Fluency in English and French (both technical and professional).Proficiency in Technology Transfer processes and practicesExperience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting in-depth researchStrong skills in Project Management, including planning and executionExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across disciplines in an innovative environmentEducational background in biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field is highly desirableExperience in sustainability initiatives or circular economy practices is a plus
