As a young and fast-paced company, we value curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning. The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Analyst with a strong customer focus and a product-oriented mindset. This role demands an analytical thinker who can decisively translate customer insights, and business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive product development. As the critical link between customers, product teams, and R&D, you will ensure that business requirements are thoroughly understood, solutions are effectively designed, and product enhancements deliver significant value. You will take charge in supporting Product Managers by aligning customer expectations and business objectives to maximize the product's impact. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements elicitation from customers and stakeholders, running workshops to uncover needs. Perform deep business analysis, including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and impact assessments to translate problems into solution opportunities. Document clear, prioritized business requirements and specifications, using models (process flows, use cases, wireframes, data mappings) that are consumable by product and engineering teams. Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements, run solution walkthroughs, gather feedback, and secure stakeholder buy-in throughout the product lifecycle. Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability from customer need to implementation. Act as the primary liaison between customers, Product Managers, and Engineering, ensuring alignment, timely clarification of scope, and effective handoffs. Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business and customer processes, identifying inefficiencies, quantifying benefits, and proposing data-driven improvements or automation. Partner with Product Managers to refine and prioritize the backlog, balancing customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and regulatory constraints. Lead functional validation and acceptance testing, design test scenarios from requirements, and verify fixes against acceptance criteria. Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations (requirements packs, demos, release notes, decision briefs) that clearly articulate value, trade-offs, and recommended actions. Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement, participating in sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives and driving lessons-learned into future work. Key Requirements Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis, ideally within Travel, FinTech, or Airline industries. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, adaptability, collaboration, and leadership to mentor junior team members. Process Mapping: Experience with Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart for workflow analysis. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau). Testing Knowledge: Understanding of functional testing processes and best practices. Communication: Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; excellent spoken and written English. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems. What We Offer An opportunity to work on high-impact international projects in the Travel & FinTech ecosystem. A collaborative, multicultural environment that encourages innovation and ownership. Exposure to global clients and leading industry stakeholders. Professional growth within a company that values initiative, quality, and continuous learning. Competitive compensation and benefits package.
