Role OverviewWe are looking for a versatile and driven Consulting Project Manager & AI Business Analyst to help us grow and scale our impact. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment — comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and working closely with both clients and internal teams. You will: Interface with clients (mostly in pharma/chemical industries) to gather and define requirements for AI and engineering projects. Coordinate our internal tech and AI teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

Lead consulting project lifecycles, from presales discussions to final delivery and client follow-up. Key Responsibilities1. Business Analysis (AI/IT Focused)Act as the bridge between clients and our internal AI development team. Conduct client workshops to gather and formalize user requirements, business goals, and constraints. Draft key deliverables including User Requirement Specifications (URS), business cases to assess AI tool gains and savings, process mappings, and acceptance criteria. Support QA, testing phases, and solution validation with the client. 2. Project Management & ConsultingLead and manage client consulting projects: scope definition, planning, budgeting, and resourcing.

Help shape Inova Consulting’s positioning and value proposition in client-facing contexts. Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, and report progress to stakeholders. Ensure alignment with GxP and regulatory standards (where applicable). 3. Client Relationship & GrowthParticipate in sales and presales activities: pitch preparation, presentations, and offer writing. Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (from operational teams to executives). Identify potential upselling opportunities and support business development. Qualifications & SkillsMust-HavesProven experience in project management and/or business analysis, ideally in consulting or tech implementation projects. Background in engineering, life sciences, IT, or data/AI projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to interact confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Fluent in French and English (mandatory); German is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, self-organization, and proactive attitude. Willingness to take initiative and operate independently in a startup setting. PreferredExperience in regulated industries (pharma, chemicals, biotech). Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalents.
