We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with line managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and support the execution of strategic initiatives. You’ll play a key role in organizational development projects and act as a trusted advisor across your dedicated business areas. We’re seeking someone pragmatic, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help us deliver on our strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic people development by aligning talent strategies with business goals to support growth and organizational effectivenessCollaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment activities, including role scoping and interviewsLead and facilitate the rollout of People initiatives in alignment with our Leadership TeamAdvise managers on employment law and internal People policiesSupport and guide change management processes in close collaboration with leadershipContribute to employee retention strategies with data-driven insights and recommendationsAct as a liaison between business areas and the People team, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharingEmpower teams with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed - ensuring alignment with Inpay’s mission and valuesFoster a positive and high-performing work environment by addressing employee concerns and supporting strong team dynamicsYour Profile5 + years of experience in a People Business Partner or HR Manager role, ideally within a scale-up or fast-paced environmentProven experience in project management and with implementing people initiatives across an organizationBroad knowledge of the full People/HR toolbox and Danish Employment lawStrong stakeholder management, coaching and communication skillsExperience from Tech and Financial companies is an advantageAt Inpay, our core values drive our success.
