Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB for an Inside Parts Advisor. The Inside Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers by providing exemplary customer service, managing parts inventory, facilitating dealer transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating parts orders, offering solutions to customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure business efficiency. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills focused on ensuring customer satisfactionExperience with dealer management and the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsProficiency in inventory control to ensure efficient stock management and availabilitySolid organizational skills and detail-oriented work to manage parts orders efficientlyAbility to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is an assetPrevious experience in the automotive or equipment industry is considered an asset
