Inside Sales and Supply Chain Management

In this role, you will offer support to our customers for the sales process from ordering to delivery. After the order was placed, they will process the order and follow up for delivery.Also, as part of the position, they will have to keep an overview of product demand and forecast for future months to ensure enough stock to reach local sales targets.For this role you will need: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar positionBachelor's degree;Previous experience in order desk or inside sales;Previous experience with SAP;IT literate, familiar with MS Office packages specifically Excel,In this role your responsibilities will be: Contribute to achieving sales target of Samsung HVAC Bulgaria products(VRF/Chiller/EHS/RAC/CAC);Offer HVAC support to Bulgarian customers for small orders (product compatibilities, substitute products, accessories needed, etc.);Offer availability reports to customer requests;Receive and process customer orders;Oversee the current Open orders of the customers;Follow up on customer deliveries;Oversee demand for the future months based on the order received and sales targets;Submit demand to factories for customer orders and oversee status until delivery;Offer administrative support for any logistic-related request from the customer (new ship-to-code locations, special delivery requests, returns, etc.)Inputs Factory demand for future project based on sale forecast.
